A $125.00 refundable security deposit is required to hold the reservation.We can hold the dates for only a short period of time due to our popularity. The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival. If you choose to use PayPal for the balance there is an additional 4% charge. There is a $75.00 cancellation fee.
